Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel your service, you are required to give us 48 hours notice via email to contact@reachouteducational.co.uk. Any cancellation after this time will incur the full service fee. Any requests to reschedule after this time will be considered, but are not guaranteed to be honoured. If we are unable to reschedule your service, we will offer a full refund (if 48 hours or more notice) or charge the full fee (if less than 48 hours notice).
