Cancellation Policy

You are entitled to cancel your mentoring session at least 48 hours before a session. You can do so online though the website or via email at contact@reachouteducational.co.uk. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be charged the full amount. You are entitled to reschedule your mentoring session at least 24 hours before a session. You can do so online through the website, by contacting your mentor directly via their email or via contact@reachouteducational.co.uk. We are unable to reschedule sessions less than 24 hours before a scheduled session and you will be charged the full amount.
